We take great care in packaging our PCs to ensure they arrive safely. We ship them in the original case box, which is then secured with Instapack foam inside. Finally, we place the box inside another protective outer box for added protection.

Do we offer international shipping?

Yes, Penguin PCS offers international shipping to many countries. However, please check our shipping information or contact us directly to confirm if we can deliver to your specific location.

How long does it take for Penguin PCS to build and ship a PC?

The time required for building and shipping a PC can vary depending on the complexity of the build and the availability of components. Generally, we aim to complete and ship orders within 12 to 14 business days. We will notify if there is any delay.

Do we provide warranty and customer support?

Yes, we offer a repair warranty on our PC builds of 30 days, and we provide ongoing customer support. If you encounter any issues or have questions about your PC, you can reach out to us either via e-mail, discord, or SMS and we'll assist you promptly.

Can I upgrade my PC in the future?
