Shipping and Refund Policy

To begin a repair/replacement, e-mail us at, so we can walk you through the process.

If your item is faulty or broken upon arrival you have 30 days to ship it back to us. If the item is somehow damaged due to our mistake we will repair it free of charge. If you wish to get a repair/replacement from us of any kind, you must be in contact with us before shipping the item back so that we can figure out the situation and make it right. If the buyer fails to communicate with us, we will be unable to figure out how the item was damaged and by who, therefore giving us the right to deny a free repair. If Penguin PCS LLC discovers that your item is faulty or broken due to the buyer, we will not provide the buyer with a free repair/replacement. At that point, the buyer would have to choose to either pay the amount needed for us to repair the item or keep the broken item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Any shipping delays will be addressed via email, and you will be notified. If there are no issues, shipping will on average take 14-20 days, and varies based on the product.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
